• Manage subscriber lists and segmentation
• Track campaign analytics and performance
• Integrate with multiple domains and websites
• Access real-time notification delivery statistics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use CrestPush, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use CrestPush to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or bulk messages
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.2 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of CrestPush is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and privacy.

You retain all rights to your content and subscriber data. We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CrestPush and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrestPush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
